Office Policies

No Show / Cancellation Policy:  We require 2 business days’ notice to cancel or change an appointment.

For the first no-show or short-notice cancellation, the fee will be waived.  Thereafter, a missed Hygiene appointment will cost $100/hr. and a missed Dentist appointment will cost $200/hr.

If you are sick with anything contagious (i.e. cold, flu, fever, vomiting, cold sores, head lice) you will not be seen unless it is a true emergency.  There will be no fee as long as you have contacted us by phone.  Please inform us of your illness as soon as possible.  This allows us to accommodate other patients with urgent problems.
